Lifestyle Medical Network (“LMNK”) is a publicly-traded Company on the OTC BB under the symbol LMNK. LMNK is a Management Service Organization (“MSO”) that provides practice management and administrative support services (such as discounted outsourced billing, discounted malpractice insurance, shared staffing, cost-efficient equipment and office leasing and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) compliance) for a fee to individual physicians and group practices. By doing so, LMNK achieves significant economies of scale for its clients which in turn, enable the individual practices to operate at an exponentially higher (and more profitable) level. In addition, LMNK is in the process of acquiring a portfolio of hard assets, including physician office space and MRI and CT equipment, which it will lease back to its clients for a fee.
